Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MAJIC service operated by Majic Holdings LLC ("MAJIC", "we"). By creating an account, installing the agent, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MAJIC provides remote monitoring and management ("RMM") software, dashboards, and related AI features for computers and servers you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Eligibility & authorization

You may install the MAJIC agent only on devices you own or have explicit authorization to manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to monitor and administer each device you enroll.

3. Plans & trials

• Free Trial: 14 days, no card, limited to non-domain-joined devices.
• Home: up to 5 non-domain devices.
• Pro: unlimited devices including domain-joined machines, plus user-generated API keys.
• Enterprise: priced per total installed device, with terms set out in your order form.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe and include any applicable free-trial period. You authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MAJIC to access devices without authorization, to violate any law, to disrupt the service, or to attempt to circumvent security or usage limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or pose a security risk.

6. Security features

MAJIC includes powerful remote actions (e.g. reboot, command execution). You are responsible for how these are used within your organization, including assigning roles and protecting credentials. The global kill switch and audit log are provided to help you maintain control.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the public site and dashboard available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability except as expressly stated in an Enterprise SLA.

8. Intellectual property

MAJIC and its software, branding, and content are owned by Majic Holdings LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service per these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAJIC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using MAJIC at any time by canceling and removing the agent from your devices. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
