Majic Holdings LLC ("MAJIC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to majicholdings.com and the MAJIC dashboard and agent software.
1. Information we collect
Account & billing
When you sign up we collect your email and, optionally, your name and company. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
Device & telemetry data
When you install the MAJIC agent, it sends operational telemetry to your dashboard — hostname, operating system, CPU/memory/disk metrics, uptime, logged-on usernames, running services, and detected server roles. This data is used to power monitoring and management features for your own fleet. We do not sell it.
Usage & logs
We keep an audit log of actions taken in the dashboard (e.g. reboots, commands, key changes) for security and troubleshooting, and standard web/server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps).
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and improve the MAJIC service;
- To process payments and manage your subscription;
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates;
- To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. AI features
MAJIC's AI features run on a private, self-hosted LLM stack. Fleet data queried by AI features stays within infrastructure you control. Optional third-party connectors (e.g. Claude / MCP) operate only with scoped, revocable tokens that you authorize, and are read-only by default.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run MAJIC (e.g. Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and secure tunnels) under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Security
Agents communicate outbound-only over encrypted Cloudflare tunnels — there are no inbound ports to attack. Sensitive actions require step-up multi-factor authentication, and access is role-based. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@majicholdings.com. You may also delete enrolled devices and revoke product keys yourself from the dashboard at any time.
7. Cookies
The public site uses only essential cookies needed for sign-in and security. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
8. Children
MAJIC is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
